ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT - 2018

Date: Monday, May 28th, 2018.

Time: 3.00pm - shot gun start.

Venue: Spring Lakes Golf Club (905-640-3633) 4952 Stouffville Road, Stouffville, Ontario, L4A 7X5 (just before Markham Road/Hwy 48)

Beneficiaries: Sick Kids Hospital & Dani (Non-Profit organization that creates opportunities for adults with physical and/or cognitive challenges)

9 Holes: 4 Players Per Team – Scramble Format.

Registration: 1.30pm to 2.30pm. Driving Range available.

Golf Clinic: 1.30pm to 2.30pm by PGA pro Shayne Dysart

BBQ dinner - includes soft drinks - cash bar.

Silent Auction

Great Prizes to be won! US$10,000 for hole-in-one on designated hole, Driving Contest, nearest to Pin, Lowest Score plus other prizes

Entry fee: $125.00 per golfer (includes cart, dinner and soft drinks - cash bar). $20.00 per additional diners (includes soft drinks)

Hole Sponsorships: $250.00.
Cart Sponsorships: $100.00.
Both Include advertising signage.
